How I’m Disrupting the Coaching Industry
Most coaches sell the how before uncovering the why. But I’ve always believed that your why is what drives true success. Without it, even the best strategies will fall flat.
When I first entered the coaching space, I quickly realized that many business coaches were repeating the same tactics, often without real-world business experience. They were teaching formulas but missing the depth—the mindset, the strategy, the resilience required to build something real.
So I did things differently. I built my coaching framework on:
✔ Lived experience—four businesses built from scratch, not just theoretical knowledge.
✔ Authenticity over trends—helping clients develop businesses that feel aligned, not just profitable.
✔ The power of why—guiding women to tap into their deeper purpose before executing strategies.
Lessons Learned From My Early Mistakes
One of my most valuable lessons came from launching my first course, Petals to Profit. I poured weeks into creating a program packed with value—only for it to flop. I was devastated. But instead of quitting, I hired a mentor, refined my approach, and learned how to launch strategically. That failure became the foundation for my success in coaching today.

💡 Give time, time. We’re so quick to want results, but true success requires patience and persistence.
💡 Your greatest differentiator is you. No one else has your story, your voice, or your perspective—use that as your business superpower.
💡 I am worthy because I am. Worth is not something you earn through achievements; it’s something you already possess.
